The annual summer camp was organized and conducted for the children of all staff members of the various units of MSCTRF on May 21, 2019, at Bodhi, as part of the trust’s staff welfare activities.
The main objective of the programme was to create a forum for children to interact with other children of similar ages, showcase their talents, create an awareness of the activities of MSCT&RF and promote positive mental health among children. Children also watched motivational videos and enjoyed the experience.
Over thirty students aged three to 14 years took part in the event. Mrs. Jansirani, HR, MSCTRF; Mr.Rajangam, Senior Social Worker; Mrs.Meenakshi, Special Educator; & Mrs.Sangeetha, Special Educator; presided over the event.
Mr. A. Ganeshan, District Child Protection Officer, was the guest of honour for the day at Bodhi. He delivered a motivational speech and distributed prizes to the winners. It was a memorable day both for the children and the staff.
