As a part of Mental health Literacy Programme, a one day training programme on “Cognitive Behaviour therapy” was successfully organized by M.S.Chellamuthu Institute of Mental Health and Rehabilitation, on 17th October, 2015, Saturday, with an objective to develop the fundamental skills of the prospective and practicing therapists in the provision of Cognitive behavior therapy and to help them understand and gain insight into the theory and practice of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
The Programme was facilitated by Prof.G.Gurubharathy, Associate Professor, (Retd.), Consultant, M.S.Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation. He facilitated the programme in a very interactive and informative way which made the sessions very interesting.
A group of 12 Participants who were Students and Practitioners of Counseling, Psychology, Social Work and others, enthusiastically got involved in the process of learning.
