Mrs. Elvira Greiner, President – Andheri Hilfe Bonn (AHB), Germany and her team- Ms. Isabella and Mr. Conrard along with South India Representative Mr. Santiago and Mr. Cyril, Executive Director AHB, Trichy visited our project Bodhi to meet our differently abled children who were identified during our Community Mental Health Project (CMHP funded by AHB) and who are presently availing special education from Gnanadeepam/ Aakash special school of MSCTRF. During this visit, the team from AHB shared their observations of the work done by MSCTRF team of the CMH project. Impressed by the outcome of the project lasting 10 years of community mental health services to the people living in rural areas around Madurai (East Block), AHB has joined hands with MSCTRF yet again to further the provision of mental health services to more people living in other villages too (Madurai West Block & Natham).
