Five days Capacity Building Training programme was conducted by the Trust for the newly recruited Social workers, Community Facilitators and Office managers of the Rotary Blossom project, from 14th march 2016 to 18th march 2016, at Bodhi, Alagarkovil Madurai.

Orientation on mental health, Concepts, causes and types of mental disorder, Neurosis, Psychosis, Case history taking, Mental status examination were given by Prof.Gurubharathy (consultant), Dr.R. Vikhram, (Consultant Psychiatrist, Ahana Hospitals) and Dr.Selvi (consultant clinical psychologist). On 18.03.2016, the valedictory day Mrs.R. Rajkumari, Executive Director, Mrs.Latha Gurubharathy of the Trust, Rtn. Ramgopal, the chairman of the Rotary Blossom project, Rtn. Kalidasan, vice chairman and Rtn. Prof. Sriram spoke to the trainees and motivated them through their speech. . The training session concluded with Pledge taking through candle lighting ceremony.
