M.S.Chellamuthu Institute of Mental Health and Rehabilitation,organized a three-day residential traininginLeadership Developmentfor college studentswith the support ofRajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriberumbudur, from February 8-10, 2017 at Bodhi Residential Care Centre, Madurai.
Thirty-seven students from the following women’s colleges in Madurai participated: C.S.I.Jeyaraj Annapackiyam College of Nursing, Sacred College of Nursing, Lady Doak College, Standard Fireworks, and Yadava College, participated. Besides studentsRajaratinam College for Women, Sivakasi, participated.
The training was facilitated by Prof. G.Gurubharathy (Consultant, MSCT&RF), Dr.M.Kannan,(Research Consultant, MSCT&RF) and P.Raghu (Lead Facilitator, Rotary Blossom, Madurai). The participants acquired knowledge of leadership,concept of a leader, effective leadershipand other aspects.
